Privacy Policy
This short privacy policy explains how KF Biz handles personal information submitted through this website and contact form.
What we collect
When you contact KF Biz through the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the message or other information you choose to provide. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about your request, provide requested services, and maintain basic business records where necessary. We do not use your contact-form information for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis or your consent where required.
How long we keep it
We normally keep contact enquiries for up to 12 months after the matter is closed. If you become a client, information that must be retained for accounting, tax, contractual or other legal reasons may be kept for the period required by applicable law. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed.
Who processes your information
KF Biz is responsible for the information submitted through this website. The contact form is delivered using FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, which receives the information submitted through the form and forwards it to KF Biz by email. Your email provider and other technical service providers may also process information when messages are transmitted or stored. KF Biz only uses such services as needed to operate the contact process.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask what personal information KF Biz holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information when there is no legal reason to retain it. To make a request, email kfbizcontact@gmail.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
